What to do when there are no more SAAQ appointments available?

This is a very common question among candidates.

The SAAQ indicates that when the desired appointment is not available, you must Regularly monitor for new vacancies and check in the meantime if any spaces become available.. She also clarifies that the staff at the service points cannot schedule appointments for exams and that it is therefore pointless to travel there simply to request availability.

Here's what we recommend:

1. Check SAAQclic regularly

A spot may become available when another person cancels or changes their appointment.

The SAAQ recommends regularly checking online availability.

2. Check other dates

Don't limit yourself to just one day. A different date may offer more possibilities.

3. Check the availability of other service points

Another branch offering the exam may sometimes have more convenient availability.

4. Do not go to a service point simply to look for a parking space

The SAAQ specifies that the staff on site have the same information as that displayed online and cannot schedule your appointment for you.

5. Use the waiting time to prepare

The absence of an immediate appointment does not mean that you should wait around doing nothing.

This is the right time for us to:

Take an advanced course → practice your difficulties → do a simulation → reserve your vehicle → monitor SAAQclic.
